Sensitive data

An application to an agency for adult creators can reveal information about your sex life. The European data protection regulation treats it as sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent, given by ticking a box yourself that is never ticked in advance, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What we collect with an application

Only what you enter in the form: first name or alias, personal email, mobile number, country and city of residence, age, confirmation that you are 18 or over, social accounts if you choose to add them, experience, languages, how you heard of us, an optional message, the page you came from, and four photos of you in simple underwear: front and side, full length and then head to waist. The application asks for no identity document and no legal name. An identity document is checked later, before any collaboration, with the contract.

Why

One purpose only: to review your application, reply to you and prepare a possible conversation. We also look, without identifying you, at which pages bring applications. The photos are never published or used as content.

How long

An application that does not go further is deleted, photos included, no later than six months after it was sent. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner, at any time. If we work together, the application joins your creator file, described below.

Who can see it

Only the person who runs the agency. We sell no data and share none with any other agency.

Where the data is stored

The site is hosted by Netlify. Your application and your photos travel over an encrypted connection to a private folder in the agency’s Google Drive that nobody else sees. To be honest: these services are American, and your data may be stored outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google and Netlify take part in the EU and US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission, which governs these transfers. The creators' private space also runs on Google services.

If we work together

During the collaboration we also process your signed contract, the fact that your identity document was checked on a video call (the document itself is never kept), your limits and their history, the monthly reviews, your statements and our invoices, the publishing authorisation and the log of actions taken on your accounts. This data is used only to carry out the contract and meet our legal duties. You see it in your space. When the collaboration ends, our access is cut and the credentials and content we hold are deleted within 30 days, confirmed in writing. Only the documents the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the legal period: ten years for invoices and the signed contract. Everything else is deleted within 30 days.

Your subscribers' data stays in your OnlyFans account: we never copy or export it.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent for the application. For a creator under contract, the performance of the contract and our legal duties, and your explicit consent for sensitive data.

Your rights

At any time you can see your data, correct it, delete it, get a copy, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Write to somasmanagement@gmail.com: we reply within one month at most. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the Swiss authority, or to the data protection authority of your country.

If there is a data breach

If a breach affects your data, we report it to the FDPIC as soon as possible where the law requires it, and we tell you without delay if it puts you at high risk.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It may remember your language choice in your browser.
